Dukkah – 70g (GF, VEG)
Our Dukkah has a warm , toasty, nutty flavour that’s brightened by fresh, citrusy coriander and cumin. Its a little salty and spicy, due to the black pepper. Dukkah has a crunchy, crumbly texture.
Some ideas for using Dukkah include;
- On Avocado – dukkah and avocado are a match no matter which way the avocado is served.
- Serve with crusty bread and good olive oil – dip the bread into the olive oil then the dukkah.
- With Eggs – sprinkle on poached eggs. The spices and crunchiness complement the creamy yolks.
- On Salads – forget the croutons! Finish a simple green salad with dukkah instead. The nuts and seeds will make your salad more filling and flavoursome.
- On Roasted / Raw Vegetables – additional flavour and crunch!
- On Soups –add flavour and texture to creamy soups.
- On Cooked Chicken, Meat, Fish, Halloumi, Tofu.
