Paddock 2 Porch is here to help you and your family enjoy fresh, healthy produce with a minimum of fuss. Our subscription boxes are super convenient: they arrive full of delicious seasonal fruit and vegetables on the day that you select – giving you the ability to eat healthy at all times. Plus, our delivery service is fully tracked from door-to-door, so you can always be sure your order arrives safely.
No, Paddock 2 Porch delivers farm fresh produce. Some seasonal products are organic and spray free but we can’t guarantee this.
9am on the day of delivery is the cut off time for orders. If you want Bakery items, you need to be order by 12pm the day before to guarantee as they are made to order.
On checkout you are forced to select your delivery date from those available to your suburb. The list of our delivery suburbs and delivery days are also on our home page and Home Delivery page.
We ship all orders with our own reliable, tracked delivery service on the delivery day that you select. Delivery will occur between 1pm and 5.30pm.
You will receive an email with tracking details in the morning of delivery along with an accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) so you don’t have to wait around all day for it. Once the driver starts delivering (around 12.30pm on the day of delivery) you will be able to track them using the link in the email.
Not to worry! We will leave at your door in a safe place protected from the elements. We will also text you if you are not home to inform you that the delivery has been done.
You can also add special delivery instructions on the checkout page (order notes), and we’ll do our best to follow them.
You can custom designed your fruit and vegetable boxes or if you want the convenience of one of our seasonal boxes (as one off or subscription) you can list your exclusions in order notes.
Our team will account for any exclusions when assembling your box by replacing them with items you like.
