Payments

These payment methods are available to our clients:

Credit Card:
Braintree and Stripe are our secure payment systems that support credit card payments.

PayPal:
We accept payment form Credit Cards and bank accounts via this secure payment system.

Direct Bank Transfer:

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Payment in full must be received before any orders are dispatched.

Delivery

We deliver Monday to Friday to the to the respective suburbs outlined in our Home Delivery page.

Approximate delivery time is between 12.30pm to 5:30pm.

You will receive and email on the morning of delivery with your estimated time of arrival. You can track your driver once they are on the road via this email.

If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.

We deliver to the suburbs specified on the website.

No deliveries are made on public holidays and deliveries due on public holidays will occur either the delivery business day prior or after the public holiday but if the public holiday falls on a Monday the delivery will be the following delivery business day. Paddock 2 Porch will communicate with you on all date changes around public holidays. 

If no one is home at delivery time, our driver will leave your box at the door if safe and out of the weather. They will communicate with you if this position is not in your best interest.

Delivery charge is depended on your suburb and will be clearly displayed on the checkout screen prior to payment.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with the product that you have purchased online, Paddock 2 Porch is happy to exchange the items or provide you with a credit note or 100% refund of the specific item/s you are not happy with provided we are notified within 24 hours of the product delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer that the product is returned to us undamaged and in original condition and to pay all freight charges to return the items.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about your order after you have made payment and would like to cancel your order please contact us on via the contact number below before 8am on the delivery date (see Delivery policy for when to expect delivery) and we will refund the value of your purchase.

Errors

Our website may describe or display a product incorrectly (by description, picture or price) due to typographical errors.

A product listed or displayed may be substituted with another depending on availability.

Email Communications

If you have registered through our website to receive email communications from us, we may use your contact details to send you newsletters, marketing emails or invitations to Paddock 2 Porch events. However you may at any time opt out by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. Upon receiving such a request, Paddock 2 Porch will remove your contact details from our distribution list.

Limitations

Any information on this Website is for information purposes only. It is not intended and nor is it a substitute for medical evaluation and treatment.

Nothing on our Website or contained in any service or product we provide you is intended to be or is to be taken as a medical diagnosis or a recommendation for treatment.

Subscriptions

Various Boxes are offered on a weekly subscription basis. This can be changed by customer in their account to various longer intervals. Requested changes can also be emailed to Paddock 2 Porch to vary standard weekly basis of delivery.

Annual Delivery Fee subscriptions are purchased in advance in return for 50 free deliveries. Two separate subscriptions are available. One is for those who are getting weekly boxes and the other is for those ordering anytime they need.

Annual Delivery Fees subscriptions are non- refundable

**Referral Program Terms and Conditions**

 

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the referral program offered by Paddock 2 Porch. By participating in the referral program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

**Eligibility:**

1. To be eligible to participate in the referral program, you must be a current customer of Paddock 2 Porch.

2. Referrers must be at least 18 years of age or older.

 

**Referral Process:**

1. To refer a friend or family member (“Referee”), you first must be an existing customer (have purchased from Paddock 2 Porch) and have an account with Paddock 2 Porch. You can then send a referee your unique referral link via several methods including text, messenger, whatsapp, email and more.

2. The Referee must be a new customer to the Company and must not have an existing account with us.

3. Referees must complete a purchase (they will be able to use their $10 coupon in the purchase) for the referral to be considered successful.

 

**Rewards:**

1. Referrers will receive a $10 discount coupon for each successful referral, as determined by the Company.

2. Rewards are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Company.

3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

4. The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if it suspects fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.

 

**Limitation of Liability:**

1. The Company is not liable for any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in the referral process or the crediting of rewards.

2. The Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen rewards.

 

**Termination:**

1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.

2. In the event of program termination, any unused rewards will be forfeited.

 

**General:**

1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the referral program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the referral program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

 

 

By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for changes.
